Postage price varies between products dependant on weight, size and fragility. The postage is calculated at checkout.
We use a variety of delivery companies to deliver our product, these companies deliver within the normal working hours of 9am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Please ensure your delivery can be received within these timescales.
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to dispatch your order to you within 10 working days unless a shorter time is especially requested and agreed. Once dispatched, please allow 5 working days for UK orders, 10 days for EU orders and 15+ for rest of the world unless otherwise specified. Should your item not be in stock it will be placed on back order. Please note that if an item ordered is out of stock, the rest of the order will be held until everything is available.
Returns
Stil Haven are happy to exchange or refund any unwanted or faulty full priced items returned to us in original condition and packaging, unused and with tags attached within 14 days. Please email or phone us within 7 days of receipt of goods, before sending any goods back so we know to expect it. With ALL fragile goods, returns will only be accepted if we are notified within 24 hours upon receipt of delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you return any items via recordable post as we cannot be held responsible for any return items that go missing.
